Google Data
Where you connect Google services, Nimble accesses:
- Google Drive: file names, metadata, and content, read only. Used to help you recall and reference your own documents within Nimble.
- Gmail: email content, read only. Used to help you recall past conversations, decisions, and commitments within Nimble.
- Google Calendar: your calendar events. Used to help you recall your schedule, and to create, update, or move events on your behalf when you ask Nimble to.
This data is stored securely to build your personal record within Nimble, not only accessed at the time of a request. It is retained for as long as your account is active, and deleted upon account deletion or on request.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties. Nimble's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your use of Google Drive, Gmail, and Calendar through Nimble is also governed by Google's own privacy policy.
