2. Description of Service
Nimble is a personal knowledge intelligence platform that connects to your existing tools and surfaces contextual insights across your workflow. Features and functionality may evolve over time, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at hello@stay-nimble.com.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or related systems
- Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content

You retain ownership of all content you import or create within Nimble. By using our service, you grant Nimble a limited licence to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

The Nimble platform, including its software, design, and branding, is the property of The Nimble Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without express written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
Nimble integrates with third-party services at your direction. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
8. Alpha & Beta Services
Nimble is currently in early access. Features may be incomplete, change without notice, or be discontinued. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we build.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Nimble Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for breach of these Terms, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
